J. Doe is inspired by the relationship of architecture and plain art. In residential projects across the country, often for art collectors, Doe has profoundly explored the aesthetic interplay of art and architecture, and the relationship of simple lighting, space and mood. Lately, Doe has become a celebrated artist.

J. Doe is one of the most widely recognized architects in North America. She has received some of our nation's highest design awards, including a National Design Award in Architecture and Design from the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum. Doe has earned the highest regard among architects.

John joined Mackenzie Architects in 1996, becoming a principal in 2010. He has over seventeen years experience in architecture and has managed residential, institutional and commercial projects throughout the United States and in Asia. John's current projects include the new Bellevue Botanical Garden Visitor Center. John is a valuable member of our team.
