Outlook Forms

The following forms are available only through Microsoft Outlook. ( The Exchange web interface cannot be used to access these forms.)

INFO MGMT: Existing Report Order Form (Restored)

INFO MGMT: Work Order Request Form

To access these forms:

• Open Microsoft Outlook.
• Select Tools from the Menu Bar.
• Select Forms/Choose Forms from the sub menus.
• Select one of the forms.
