In order to say healthy, There are many Things That people can do to stay healthy. Some of The ideas are. First, have a good and healthy diet, second exercise, enough sleep, and stay away from the stress, but the most important things have enough healthy food, go to bed early and raisd soon. Keep foods warm and head cold, stay away from drugs, alcohol, and bad habits. and also good circle of blood in the body to give us enough energy. Breathing is important too for been healthy. Health is freedom of deaseses. Finaly, perfact health is not reachable.
