English 22 Writing Laboratory

Prerequisite:  A "C" in English 21B or ESL 21 B or Group A or B on English assessment exam.

Course Objectives:
English 22 aims to create a nurturing atmosphere where each student can improve as a writer. The writing laboratory gives students more practice in writing and reading than English 21A/B. Each student should by the class's end:

1. improve in reading comprehension and vocabulary
2. wwrite essays that are clear, coherent, and free of grammar/punctuation errors.
