Description: Assembly Language allows the programmer to fully utilize all of the special features of the computer in the most efficient manner.  It also aids the high-level programmer in writing subroutines. 

This course requires students use a personal computer with an Intel CPU (or compatible) chip inside.  We will be using HLA assembly software that will be made available during the first class session.

THIS COURSE WILL BE DELIVERED ONLINE.  It will occur from weeks 4 - 16 starting March 4, 2013.  This online class uses the Internet and requires a diligent, self-motivated student.  All tests and the final exam will be taken in online via the Internet.
