My Teaching Style:

Classes will be as interactive as possible. That means that you will be actively involved in the learning process.  This is not a class in which I lecture all the time and you simply sit back and take notes.  I will combine traditional lecture,  cooperative learning techniques,  internet activities, and class discussion. So, it is important that you come to class prepared to participate. Sometimes I will ask you questions during class. At other times you will work with a partner or in a group.  I  welcome appropriate questions during class time.  If we run out of time or if you have a question that diverges from the topic that we are discussing, you may contact me in cyberspace via email or eCompanion or talk to me before of after class at a mutually convenient time. My goal is to make class as enjoyable and informative as possible.

You can count on me to begin and end class on time, come to class prepared, support your success, return your exams and quizzes as soon as possible (usually within a week), and treat you with the respect that you deserve.
