Robert Mc Allister

Robert McAllister has been the technology editor for the California Apparel News for the past four years. He covers all aspects of technology as it relates to the garment industry including CAD/CAM, Information Technology, product development and design. He also covers education and real estate and is part of a team that covers Los Angeles Fashion Week, noting trends and looks from about 40-50 fashion shows each season. Robert previously spent seven years as west coast editor for Fairchild Publications' Footwear News, which is considered the main source of news for the footwear industry. He has also been a contributor for publications such as Newsday New York, the Orange County Business Journal, Inside Tennis magazine and numerous others.
