Several of the resources on this Website are saved in Adobe Acrobat Format.  This means that when you print them they are nicely formatted and don't have breaks in unwelcome places.  Your computer may already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  However, if you click on an item and it doesn't open you will need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to your computer.

Installation Instructions:  To download the Acrobat Reader,

  1. When you arrive at the Adobe Homepage, move your mouse over downloads and click on Free Acrobat Reader.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Get Acrobat Reader   free!
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and complete Step 1, identifying your computer system (Win 98, MAC OS X, etc).  As indicated, Step 2 is optional.  Then move on to  Step 3 to DOWNLOAD.
  4. You will want  to save the program to disk.  When prompted, select Desktop as the file to save in.  This makes it easy to find.  Note the name of the downloaded file  in the filename box so you know what to look for on your Desktop.  When the download is complete, close your Browser window.
  5. The next step is to install the Reader.  Find the file you just downloaded on your Desktop and click on it.  Adobe will start the installation process.
  6. The installation process should create a an icon labeled Adobe Reader 5.0 on your desktop.  Now click on that icon to register your program.  In the process of registering you may be asked to let Adobe fix a configuration problem with your Browser.  Don't panic!  Just agree and let it go to work.  When it's finished, close the Adobe window and you should be ready to read any Adobe (PDF) document from any Webpage!
