Chemistry and Science Tutoring

The Santa Monica College Library is committed to providing quality service and an excellent collection of materials to support the goals, educational, and research needs of students.

SMC Email & Campus Computers
All registered Santa Monica College students may obtain free email service through the college. You may sign up here for an SMC Email Account.
When you obtain your SMC account, you will be assigned a username, password and an email address. Please write these down in a safe place. You will be able to use SMC email from any computer that has internet access, whether on or off campus.
The username and password you obtain upon obtaining an SMC email account will allow you to use any available student computer on campus. Click here for instructions on how to log into campus computers.

Counseling Services
Simply stated, the mission of the SMC Counseling department is your success! Whether you want to transfer from SMC to a university, earn an Associates degree or career certificate from SMC, or take courses for your own development, SMC counselors are there to help you map out a plan to reach your goals. They are also available to help if your goals are unclear, if you are struggling with school, or if youre finding that personal and/or school-related problems are getting in the way of your success and well-being.

Learning Disabilities Program
The Santa Monica College Learning Disabilities Program is designed to provide support services to students with learning disabilities who are enrolled in regular college classes. They are dedicated to helping students with learning disabilities achieve their goals by identifying those eligible for special services according to state-mandated guidelines, and by assisting them in becoming independent, optimally functioning college students.
