Jean Gorgie has been teaching English at Santa Monica College since 2000.
She has a B.A. in English from California State University, Fullerton
and an M.A. in English Literature from San Francisco State University. 
She has also taken post-graduate classes at UCLA and is
currently working on a novel about her father-in-law who
was a spy during World War II.
