Objectives
    The objectives of this program are to prepare students for upper division study at a four-year college and/or to earn an associate in arts degree.


Transfer
    Students planning to transfer to a four-year college should complete the lower division major requirements and the general education patter for the appropriate transfer college.

      Philosophy 1, 3, 4; English 1 or 2 or 31; Hisotry 1 or 2 or English 3 or 4; two years of a foreign language (instruction through foreign language 4)

  • University of California, Los Angeles
      Philosophy 1, 2, 9 and one other transferable course in Philosophy.

  • California State University, Los Angeles
      Philosophy 1, 9

  • California State University, Northridge
      Philosophy 3, 4, 9

  • University of California, Santa Barbara
      Economics 1, 2; Mathematics 7, 8, 15

  • California State University, San Bernardino
      Philosophy 1, 2, or 5, 7, 9, 22 (same as Religious Studies 22); 23 (same as Religious Studies 23); Religious Studies 22 (same as Philosophy 22), Religious Studies 23 (same as Philosophy 23)

Associate in Arts
Degree -- 60 units
