October 27th National Society of
Genetic Counselors Meeting in Los Angeles: Students
(over 18 years of age) are most welcome to attend. The event is
completely free of charge for students but you MUST register online
www.nsgc.org so that the
organization knows approximately how many attendees to expect.
Valet parking is provided free of charge. Careers in genetic
counseling provide numerous opportunities to
use your knowledge of molecular and genetics in this growing discipline. The meeting will
have genetic counselors available so that you can meet with them as well
as poster presentations to provide you information about the diversity
of their work.
