PAPERS ARE DUE IN CLASS ON Th 5/27!

Write a FIVE page paper (typed, 12 pt Times New Roman font, double spaced) on the topic below:

Imagine you were asked by the Machine Consortium to lead the five person team, as representatives of the planet Earth, to travel in the Machine for the first time. In your paper you must answer ALL the questions below:

  1. Which four other people would you choose to take along and with you and why? (4 points)
  2. If you were allowed to take one personal artifact along with you, what would it be? Why would you take it? (2 points)
  3. When you reached the alien ship at the center of the galaxy, which person, special to you, do you think the alien would appear as? Why? (2 points)
  4. If you could ask the alien only five questions about their civilization, what would they be? Explain your choice of questions. (5 points)
  5. What advice do you think the alien would give you to take back to Earth to help humanity? (2 points)

Total: 15 points
