Award:
This award of $250-500 is given to a foreign language student who is a high school senior. The award is given to a student to help defray the cost of attending a university, college, or community college (public or private). This award can be used towards tuition, books, room and board, or other university expenses. =

Please note that the student does not need to be a for= eign language major to receive this award.
Evaluation= of Applications:
All applications will be read by a sub-committee of the Board and will be ranked according to merit.
Disburseme= nt of Funds:
Once the top applicant has been chosen, he or she will receive a notification letter in the mail. Funds will be awarded upon recei= pt of the first semester bill showing enrollment at a university, college or community college.
