Espaņol 4

Proyecto 1

Spanish 4 requires students to research, write, and present two cultural projects during the semester.  The first is on a Hispanic individual, past or present, who has made a contribution to music, science, sports, politics, art, literature, etc. It will be presented during the first part of the semester.

A typed report (2-3 pages) in Spanish will be turned in, and a five-minute oral presentation in Spanish will be required.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1.      DO NOT COPY!  This will result in a zero on the project. Plagiarism of any sort will result in your being referred to the Campus Disciplinarian and the incident will remain on your record for a school year.

2.      Keep your Spanish understandable.  You may not yet be as fluent in Spanish as you are in your native language.

3.      Do not read the presentation. You may include pictures, a collage, or other materials that will enhance your presentation.

4.      You may request use of any audio-visual equipment necessary for your presentation.

5.  You must include a list of your sources, including websites, books, interviews, etc. that you used to research your topic.  If not, I will lower your grade 10% on the project. At least 2 of the sources have to be non-internet sources.
